Our Story

Hi everyone, we are the Legg's, the family behind Coastal Cravin'! We started our bagel life in Corolla North Carolina in 2009 where we both worked at Lighthouse Bagels. From there we opened our own shop, Barrier Island Bagels, in Kitty Hawk where we were an active staple in the Outer Banks community. We are incredibly thrilled to bring our family business to the beautiful town of New Bern. I, Allie Mayo, was born and raised here and it brings both me and Josh so much joy raising our kids here. We want to thank all of you for taking the time to learn more about us and supporting our small family run business. We cannot wait to get to know each of you!
